Spacious double room was great, especially loved having my own balcony - could totally chill there all day! Had everything I needed like a safe, minibar, and even a comfy sofa bed for extra relaxation 😊.

The breakfast spread is vast, the staff is diligent in maintaining cleanliness, and the location is ideal for easy access to the bus stop and attractions at the Black Forest.

The staff were friendly and the economy single room came equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels.

Perfectly located near the airport, Black Forest attractions, train station, and bus stop for the Xmas market. the food is not only delicious but also top-notch 👌.

Ideal spot right beside the Titanic the Artifact Exhibition Museum, couldn't be more convenient! 🏛️.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hinterzarten. the location was perfect, right in the center of town. It was great being able to explore the beautiful surroundings and have easy access to nearby attractions like Titisee. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Thirdly, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. The private balcony was a lovely touch, and the basic amenities were all provided. Finally, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.

Although there were some minor issues during my stay, overall everything was satisfactory.

Some guests were smoking in the terrace area, which may be a concern for non-smoking travelers.

The beds were comfortable and the toiletries provided were decent quality. The breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from and the location was great for hiking in the mountains.

The staff had poor attitudes and were not friendly or approachable. The check-in process was very slow and disorganized.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel in the Black Forest. the food offered for the festive dinner was amazing, with a wide range of traditional German dishes. the breakfast buffet was also excellent with a good variety of options. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to many of the winter activities such as ice-skating and skiing. Best aspects: the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any queries we had. They had great recommendations for things to do in the area and local restaurants to try. the spa facilities were a huge plus, with a sauna and relaxing hot tub that we used every day. the views of the snow-covered forest were stunning.

The room we had was a bit cramped, with limited storage space for our winter gear. the lack of air conditioning made the room quite stuffy at night, especially as the duvets were quite thick.
